Never kept me updated on the progress of my order. My order was over 3 weeks late. Never emailed me back with a response to my questions. They took their phone number down and no live chat was available.

Absolute rubbish! No delivery, phone lines are switched off, online chat doesn't work, e-mails take 5 working days to answer .. can only assume the company / website is a con and I have lost my money. Avoid at all costs.

Good selection and pricing. Well packaged but sometimes difficult to claim one's tier freebie/utilise beer credits. Good customer service

So I put in my first order with HonestBrew, having discovered them on Instagram. I was impressed with the selection on offer and compiled an order that I was looking forward to receiving. When it arrived I was disappointed to see that one beer out of the 10 was missing (but these things happen). I shot an email over and got a reply within minutes with an apology and a solution. 1 day later and I receive the missing beer + an extra 'on them'. I'm blown away by the service and highly recommend HonestBrew

Not the cheapest beers but worth every penny. Great company and customer service too. Something truly different and special for lovers of fine IPAs.

Honest brew is probably the easiest company to get beer from.Not only does it have a mass array of decent beers (and Gin I believe), but it also rocks up mega quick.The beat and now only booze company I use online


I've used Honestbrew multiple times over the years and they've generally been okay, but I'm at a loss with them now.Ordered 29th December and, while I realise there was a bank holiday coming up, wasn't dispatched until 11th January. For a product that should be enjoyed fresh, this is unacceptable.During this period, I contacted them on 8th Jan to say that I wanted to cancel my membership. I was told I'd hear back after 7 working days, which I feel is laughably bad customer service. That being said, it's now been 11 working days and no response to my initial email or my follow-up. AND THEY'VE TAKEN MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SINCE.I don't ever post reviews online like this, but that you can't cancel through the website and they don't reply to your emails to cancel lead me here. I've been a subscriber on and off for 3-4 years now, but never again

Honest Brew is s great customer focused company with a wonderful range of beers. Also their packaging is easily composted.

I would give 0 stars if possible. No advent calendar and it's now December 8th. No response to my emails and their chat services have been taken down, presumably because they don't want to have to deal with the complaints regarding the calendar. Absolutely disgusting service and lack of communication. Offering a £10 credit when they've messed up this badly is laughable, I'm definitely not going to be ordering from them again so it's worthless to me. Simply unacceptable.

Bought some beer for my brother-in-law which was great. BUT tried to cancel my subscription three months ago and I'm still being charged each month. Have sent multiple emails, have been through the process of cancelling membership twice now - and yet the money keeps coming out of my account. Be very careful buying anything from these guys, you'll be scammed if you every try to cancel!

Excellent range of beers along with the membership club offering different offers/free beers as you accrue points. Delivery times pretty decent given everything that is going on in the world at the moment! Only gripe is I feel the £4.99 standard shipping fee is expensive if you cannot afford to spend the £50 to get free shipping. On the whole a great service, great beers and excellent customer service. Hoping the free shipping mark drops a little so I can get back on board.
